Custom Order FAQs

What custom sizes can you make?

We can make any custom size up to a maximum of 50cm x 92cm.

What materials do you offer?

We can make custom desk mats in Alcantara, Genuine Leather and 100% Pure Merino Wool Felt. The maximum size for leather desk mats is 30cm x 80cm.

What countries do you ship to?

We provide shipping to Australia, Europe, Canada and the United States as standard. Flat rate shipping costs to these zones can be viewed here. For shipping to all other countries, please contact us prior to ordering for shipping rates.

Can you personalise desk mats?

We do have personalisation and branding options subject to minimum order quantities.

Do you offer corporate discounts?

Yes, we are more than happy to offer corporate discounts for businesses who are looking to purchase items for employee home office setups. Please email your requirements to for more information on conditions for corporate discounts.

Do you offer a rebranding option?

We are happy to discuss rebranding options for businesses who would prefer to have their own logo or branding tags incorporated into production. Rebranding carries a number of conditions as well as minimum order quantities. Please email for more details.

What is your #TEAMTREES campaign?

Our #TEAMTREES campaign simply means that for every order that we receive, we will donate the funds to plant one tree on your behalf. Every time we do this, a digital confirmation certificate will be sent directly to you with a personal "thank you" message.

How long do custom orders take?

Production time and delivery time varies by order depending on materials availability, item quantity and country of delivery. All timelines will be outlined with the cost quote prior to ordering.

What is the return/exchange policy on custom orders?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. This is because items are produced to the buyers specific requirement.
